Taste of the Hudson Valley® Restaurant Basics:
There is no registration fee to participate in the Taste. Instead, as a Taste participant, we ask that you provide:
• Two of your finest dishes to showcase at the Taste, providing a minimum of 350 tasting-size portions.
• Maximum of three staff members (including chef) at your station to prep and serve.
• A basic recipe, or key ingredients, for each of the dishes. This will be needed when you register below so Viscount Wines and Liquor can recruit the wines for your two dishes. Please submit these recipes/key ingredients below. If you are unsure of what you are going to prepare, please still submit your registration form and a follow up call will be made to you.
• A Certificate of Insurance

Day of event permitted fuels include: Sterno, induction burners, and electric only. Propane or butane burners are not allowed and ovens and refrigeration will not be available.
